My G.E.M. (Growth | Encouragement | Motivation) is a daily motivational journal that was birthed out of a passion to pursue purpose and to assist others on their journey to becoming the best versions of themselves.
The intent of My G.E.M. is:
- To introduce or reintroduce God’s truths about who we are called to be and the power we have as His children
- To provoke our minds to be honest with ourselves as to where we currently stand and
- To promote growth through the application of new perspective while taking someone along.
The desired result is alignment of our lives with God’s plan for us.
My G.E.M. is available in four (4) volumes, each quarter dives into three (3) critical faith-based concepts. Useful nuggets for each day, allow users opportunities to read, meditate and journal their thoughts on the theme of each month, which help to move them to the next level in their journey to awareness, healing, growth and truth. Depression in Children Webinar
Our upcoming Webinar will be aimed at providing parents, guardians, educators, social workers and the like who parent or work with children ages 12-18 with tools on how to support their precious ones through the difficult season of depression.
The topics for discussion are:
1. The prevalence and manifestations of depression in children.
2. Risk factors and potential causes of childhood depression
3. Signs and symptoms of depression in children
4. Early intervention and effective communication strategies
5. Evidence-based approaches and techniques for supporting children with depression

Public Outreach and Ministry
TransformToOne's channel aims to discuss "difficult" questions centered around the twelve (12) faith-based concepts covered in the publication My G.E.M. - A Daily Motivational Journal (Volumes 1 - 4). The main goal is to build and strengthen individuals through community by sharing our truths and seeing how they align with the perspective of our Heavenly Father. The emphasis is on providing a non-judgmental space where we can be honest and help each other become who our creator designed us to be.
